Boot Camp

Boot Camp workouts are challenging group sessions focused on body weight and functional movements such as: burpees, push-ups, squats, and sit-ups. Movements can be modified to meet the needs of individual athletes.

Monday/Wednesday 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Saturday 8am - 9am

BOOT CAMP MEMBERSHIP
$60 per month for ONLY Boot Camp classes
